Signed Wilson Pro Staff by Pete Sampras. The son of Greek immigrants won a total of 14 Grand Slam tournaments in singles during his career. Sampras was the year-end No. 1 in the world for six consecutive years, topped the rankings for a total of 286 weeks, and was the youngest winner of the 1990 US Open at age 19. Sampras played the racquet throughout his pro career and, more than any other player, established the Pro Staff 85 (Graphite/Kevlar) as a legendary racquet.
