Yannick Noah TCO Concept 3 Oversize

1983

With this racquet, Yannick Noah was the last pro to win a Grand Slam with a wooden racquet. In 1983, he sensationally won against Mats Wilander in Paris. The exhibit shown was produced one last time in one batch on 06/17/83 shortly after Noah's success, before the company ceased production of wooden bats. Below we show both, Noah´s record racket and its Graphite-successor.
